To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mastery Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

For cohort-based or live sessions, refund eligibility may vary depending on scheduling and instructor costs. We will clearly disclose terms at checkout for those products.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order details and reason for request. We may ask for basic verification to protect against fraud.

Course access and timelines

Digital courses are delivered electronically. After purchase confirmation, you will receive access instructions by email. In most cases, access is granted within minutes. If manual review is required, access may take up to 24 hours.
